Bill Power is time and billing software that works directly with your Calendar - Lotus Notes & Domino, Lotus Organizer, Microsoft Outlook & Exchange, and Symantec Act!. Bill Power loads data from your calendar, sorts and summarizes billable entries (including value-added taxes), and provides full-featured invoice and timesheet formatting, printing, archiving, and data export (to spreadsheets, databases, QuickBooks, HTML, and binary).
Bill Power Plus! adds support for networked workgroups by loading multiple data files, loading Domino databases, and loading data from Outlook Public Folders and Mailboxes connected using Microsoft Exchange.
Notes, Outlook (included with Microsoft Office), Organizer (included with Lotus SmartSuite) and Act! are some of the most powerful and popular Calendars in use today.
Bill Power presents a familiar, easy-to-use Windows explorer view of time and billing. Entries are sorted and summarized by folder, category, contact, department, office, and company. Subfolder summaries are provided for a consolidated view of the data, and are useful for workgroup billing. A wide variety of invoice formatting options are available, including a rich text editor for the cover page. Print preview allows billing reports to be viewed before printing. Bill Power also supports adding Value Added Tax (VAT) to billing, with separate tax rates for fees and costs.
Bill Power Plus! supports networking and workgroups. Bill Power Plus! loads multiple Act! or Organizer data files. When used with Outlook, Bill Power Plus! loads data from all Outlook folders and subfolders, including Public folders and mailboxes connected using Exchange. For Notes and Domino, Bill Power Plus! loads multiple Domino databases. Peer-to-peer networks are supported by loading multiple data files. Bill Power Plus! provides a time and billing solution that grows with your company.
Time and billing data can be exported from Bill Power to QuickBooks, databases, and spreadsheets. Billing data as formatted and displayed for printing can also be exported as HTML, text, or binary data. These files can then be posted on web sites, or attached to email messages and send to clients and workgroup members.
International users represent a large percentage of Bill Power customers. The product is available in English, and is being used for time and billing all over the world. Bill Power loads data directly from your Calendar; this data will already be in the appropriate language. Bill Power uses Windows regional system settings for currency symbols, and date/time formats. Invoice cover page, labels and header/footer can be setup in any desired language. Value Added Tax can be included in billing, with separate tax rates for fees and costs.
The Bill Power Viewer is integrated into Bill Power, and also available as a stand alone program for free download from Studio 848. It allows invoices and billing reports that have been saved as binary data files from Bill Power to be print previewed, printed, and faxed. Clients or workgroup members that do not have Bill Power can use the Bill Power Viewer to open the files, view, print, and fax the reports.
