What's new in Bill Power 6.4:

  • Bug fix of a print preview crash (GPF) for some users of Outlook 2000.

  • Preview a great Version 7 feature - Save formatted invoices and reports in HTML.

  • Minor bug fixes - Relating Outlook Appointments and Contacts, and Contact address formatting (removed extra linefeed).

  • Symantec Act! 2000 - The Activity Details field is now loaded.
• Version 6.3.118 (31-Oct-1999)
  • Minor bug fix loading Category groups from related Contact information.

What's new in Bill Power 6.2:

• Version 6.2.108 (14-Jun-1999)
  • Symantec Act! - Bill Power now loads data from Symantec Act!, as well as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Organizer.
  • File Open - Data source files can now be selected by the User, instead of defaulting to the most recently opened file. This only applies to Act! and Organizer.

  • Main View Enhancements - The Main View Grid now supports drilling down (double clicking) into the folders it displays (drill down was already supported by the Folder Views themselves).
• Version 6.2.110 (27-Jun-1999)
  • Minor bug fix loading Symantec Act! Contact Groups.
• Version 6.2.111 (29-Jun-1999)
  • Minor bug fix loading Symantec Act! Activities with various Windows system date formats.

• Version 6.1.102 (3-Mar-1999)
  • Lotus Organizer - Bill Power now loads data from Lotus Organizer, as well as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Outlook 97 Bug Fix - Problems loading Outlook 97 entries dated Jan-99 - Feb-99 have been fixed. This is caused by an Outlook 97 bug.
• Version 6.1.104 (25-Apr-1999)
  • Maintenance release.

  • Minor bug fix in Filter Categories dialog box.

What's new in Bill Power 6.0:

• Note - Registered users of Bill Power (Version 5 or less) will need a new Software Registration Number to use Version 6.0. To receive your free registration number, send the following to Studio 848: 1) Your Name and contact information, 2) Product Name (Bill Power or Bill Power Plus!), and 3) Software Serial Number (displayed by Bill Power 9.3, upper/lower case sensitive).

• Version 6.0.90 (6-Jan-1999)
  • Restricting Loaded Categories - Contacts as well as billable entries are now filtered for specific Categories, which results in improved performance and system resource usage.
  • User Registration - More enhancements were added to support online registration and e-commerce.
• Version 6.0.95 (19-Jan-1999)
  • Loading Related Contacts - Contacts related to billable entries are now loaded from any Outlook Folder, as well as folders in the same hierarchy as the billable entries. This feature allows great flexibility in configuring Contacts used for billing data, and is especially helpful when using Public Folders.
• Version 6.0.96 (24-Jan-1999)
  • Task Dates and Duration - Tasks can now be loaded based on Due Date, as well as either Start Date or Completed Date, by setting Bill Power Options. Task duration can now be based on either Actual Work or Total Work, again by setting Bill Power Options.
• Version 6.0.97 (30-Jan-1999)
  • More Task Data Fields - For our customers using Bill Power to generate timesheets, several more Task data fields are now loaded from Outlook, including Due Date, Start Date, End Date, Actual Work, Total Work, % Done, and Priority.
  • Performance Improvements - Significant performance improvements have been made in the areas of billable entry loading, grouping, sorting, and summarizing.
• Version 6.0.98 (3-Feb-1999)
  • Main View Enhancements - Main View labels are now more descriptive, which is especially useful to novice Bill Power users.
• Version 6.0.99 (7-Feb-1999)
  • Main View and Performance Improvements - More Main View and performance improvements.
